Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day, orders placed after 2 PM EST or on Saturdays & Sundays, will be processed on the nest business day. Please check your email including spam or bulk mail. We might need to contact you.

Sales tax will be added to items shipped to Michigan addresses. 

Shipping is via USPS & UPS ground Monday - Friday.

Oversize packages: Oversize packages may require oversize cartons and therefore can require additional shipping costs. If your order requires oversize cartons, we will contact you to confirm the cost of shipping. 

PO Boxes: Jackson's will ship to a PO Box via USPS.

Military Addresses: Jackson's is happy to ship to APO addresses. All APO shipments will be made via USPS.

Canadian orders: Jackson's will ship to Canadian addresses. Remember that you will be responsible for any duty fees incurred. We are not capable of calculating these fees for you. Please contact your local agency for information and estimate of fees , taxes, etc. 

International Orders: We apologize for any inconvenience, but Jackson's is not capable of shipping internationally. 

 

 Returning An Item

 

1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.

2. Locate the order and click "return item(s)"

  • Select items you would like to return
  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action optional
  • Comments optional

5. Click Submit Return Request.

Returns Policy

Regular
purchases may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase when the following conditions are met:

Boot: Boots that have not been worn. They are not returnable if the soles are scuffed in any way unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Please try your new boots on carpet to avoid scuffing them.

Apparel: Apparel returns must have tags attached and may not be worn or washed unless defective.

Tack: All tack must have tags attached and cannot be used, worn or dirty in any way. 

Saddles: All saddle sales are final. If the saddle has a manufacturer's defect, we will help in dealing with the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement per warranty and approval of the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs that are not covered by the manufacturer.  

Returns over 30 days but under 45 days will be given store credit.

The following are NOT returnable:

Sale or discount purchases.

Purchases over 45 days

Boots with scuffed soles or uppers

Apparel that has been worn or washed/dry cleaned

Tack that has been used

All saddles

Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. 

Adjustments to credit cards will be seen with two credit card statements. Please be patient, this could take up to two months. 

We will not accept C.O.D.

Defective items or items shipped in error will be returned free of charge. Please contact us to obtain a UPS return call tag. 

Returned items due to any other conditions may require the customer to cover the cost of the return shipment. Please contact us  for details.
