Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed in 2-3 days. Please check your email including spam or bulk mail. We might need to contact you.
Jackson's offers free shippings on order of $100.00 or more. This is excluding sale, special orders, saddles, oversized items, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or APO addresses. Shipping will be added when the order is processed.
Sales tax will be added to items shipped to Michigan addresses.
Shipping if via USPS & UPS ground Monday - Friday. If you wish to have Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day Delivery, please contact us here for the rate.

Oversized Packages: Oversized packages may require oversized cartons and therefore can require additional shipping costs. If your order requires oversized cartons, we will contact you to confirm the cost of shipping.

PO Boxes: Jackson's will ship to a PO Box via USPS

Military Addresses: Jackson's is happy to ship orders to  APO addresses. All APO shipments will be made via USPS.

Canadian Orders: Jackson's will ship to Canadian addresses. Remember that you will be responsible for any duty fees incurred. We are not capable of calculating these fees for you. Please contact your local agency for information and estimate of fees, taxes, etc. 

International Orders: We apologize for any inconvenience, but Jackson's is not capable of shipping internationally.


Privacy & Security
Jackson's Western Store does not share, sell, or trade customer information including email addresses. Our customer's personal information including credit card information is stored on a secure server. JWS utlizes PayPal to further protect our customers. We do collect information necessary to process an order and utilize cookies to give customers a more personal experience.

We may use customer information for marketing or promotional purposes. E-mails from us regarding specials or new products are optional. To be removed from that list, please contact us here.


Returns & Replacements
Regular purchase may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase when the following conditions are met:
Boots: Boot that have not been worn. They are not returnable if the soles are scuffed in any way unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Please try your new boot on carpet to avoid scuffing them.
Apparel: Apparel returns must have tags attached and may not be worn or washed unless defective.
Media: Videos/DVDS, & Computer Programs are not returnable if opened. If there is a manufacturer's defect, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Tack: All tack must have tags attached and cannot be used, worn, or dirty in any way.
Saddles: All saddle sales are final. If the saddle has a manufacturer's defect, we will help in dealing with the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement per warranty and approval of the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs that are not covered by the manufacturer.

Returns over 30 days but under 45 days will be given store credit.

The following are NOT returnable:
Sale or discount purchases
Purchases over 45 days
Boots with scuffed soles or uppers
Apparel that has been worn or washed/dry cleaned
Tack that has been used
All saddles
Special orders

Procedures for Returns
To return an e-store purchase, please contact us here or call (269) 792-2550.

All e-store returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the invoice. If the invoice is not present, a store credit will be issued.

Your purchase will be credited back to the same credit card on which the purchase was made.

Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Adjustments to credit cards will be seen with two credit card statements. Please be patient, this could take up to two months.

We will not accept returns shipped C.O.D.

Defective items or items shipped in error will be returned free of charge. Please contact us here to obtain a UPS return call tag.

Returned items due to any other circumstances may require the customer to cover the cost of the return shipment. Please contact us for details.

Jackon's accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments. Order paid by check will be held 7-10 days for the check to clear.
